Vannkaya Pachi Pulusu

Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tablespoons.
  • Brinjal (slender) 3 numbers.
  • Green chillies -Dried red chillies -Water as required -Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Curry leaves 1 spring.
  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch.
  • Tamarind juice 1 cup.
  • Sesame seeds 1 tea spoon.
  • Onion (chopped) 1 number.
  • Hing or Asafoetida -Jaggery (as per required for taste)
  • Salt to taste.
