In a pan add little water, rice flour and salt stir it for 2-3 minutes, make sure it is not mashed it should be of dry consistency for making into a dough.
Now knead the flour into medium soft dough, we have to knead dough while it is still hot but make sure not to burn fingers.
Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes. Knead it once again and pinch a ball size portion from it.
Make a ball from it and flatten it into a chapatti shape with the help of a rolling pin. You can also dust some rice flour just in case if it sticks.
After rolling it into chapatti, prick it by using a fork or knife and then cut the edges.
Cut into triangle shape and keep it aside. Make all shapes with the similar process.
Take pan add oil in it and heat it up. Add triangles in it and fry them, do not turn them into brown. Just fry them slightly and keep them aside.
After frying all the nachos, take a mixing bowl and some salt and any masala of your choice chilli powder/ peri peri/ maggi. Optionally you can add some cheese powder as well. Mix all the spices well.
Add fried nachos in it and mix them well so that spice will coat on the nachos.
Nachos are ready can serve them with salad or add some veggies or chicken cheese and microwave it till cheese melts… Yummy Cheesy Nachos
You can also store these fried nachos in a container for around a month and enjoy whenever you want.
