Punjabi Paneer Samosa

Ingredients

For Stuffing:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup capsicum
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 ½ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (paneer)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Dough:-
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • ¼ tsp ajwain seeds (carom)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp oil
  • ½ cup water
  • Water for sealing
  • Oil for deep frying
