In a Kadai add the oil, once the oil gets heated add onions stir and cook the on medium flame for the next 4-5 minutes or till the color changes to golden-brown.
After 5 minutes the onions should be cooked an now add 1 tblsp ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes and salt which will help the tomatoes cook properly. Make sure to mix it well cover the lid and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Once the tomatoes are fully cooked add the red chilli, dhania, jeera, garam masala and turmeric powders. Mix everything let it get cooked for 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile heat the stove for burning coal piece for the smokey flavour, make sure its goldish-red in color do not over burn it or else it will become ashes.
After 2 minutes or once you see that the oil is separating from the rest ingredients add the boiled corn and mix everything let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add fresh cream or kaju paste, and paneer or cheese. Then add 1 cup water and mix everything let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves close the lid and cook for a couple of minutes.
Now place the cabbage leaf in the middle of the curry and place the burnt coal piece on the centre of the leaf add 1tblsp ghee on the coal you will see white flames coming that time immediately close the lid and cook for 2-4 minutes.
Remove the coal, leaf and garnish it with cheese serve it with kulchas, puri, roti or rice.
