Corn Makhanwala

Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp oil
  • 2 Onions Finely Chopped
  • 4 Medium Sized Tomatoes Finely Chopped
  • 2 Cups Boiled Corn
  • 1 tblsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 tblsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 1/2 Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhaniya)
  • 1/2 Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera)
  • 1 tblsp Fenugreek (Kasuri Methi)
  • 1 1/2 Salt as per taste
  • 2 tblsp Corriander Leaves

Optional (I would reccommend you to try)

  • 2 tblsp Fresh Cream/ Kaju Paste for creamy flavour
  • 2 tblsp Grated Paneer/ Cheese
  • 1 tblsp Ghee
  • 1 Piece Charcoal for smokey taste
  • 1 Cabbage Leaf ( for keeping charcoal )

Prepping For The Corn Sabzi

  • Boil the sweet corn, finely chop the onions, tomatoes and dhania/coriander leaves and keep them in separate bowl.
