Take a big cauliflower floret
Cut them into small pieces and grind it, don’t make it a paste don’t add water.
Make sure after you grind it should be in the below texture
In a kadai without adding any oil, butter or ghee add this grinded cauliflower in the kadai or pan on low flame for 3-5 minutes. So that it will remove the excess or any water content as if not it will not perfect for the base.
Next we need to mix the dough add besan 3tbsp, 2 cornflour, a pinch of baking soda and salt as per required.
Grate some cheese any cheese you want cheddar, mozzarella along with oregano
Mix all the ingredients to make a dough
Now very carefully roll them into small sizes, don’t make the crust too thin.
If you’re unable to roll them with the rolling pin gently press with your hands and fingers. While flipping the crust on the pan or while removing it from the pan after its golden brown and if it’s breaking not worry at all.
Arrange the crust properly on your plate or pizza pan on which ever utensil you want to microwave or place it in kadai. Be ready with all your veggies, cheese, sauce and you can choose any toppings as per your taste, I chose the below.
Apply the pizza sauce add little cheese and then add all your toppings add cheese oregano chilli flakes. It’s all set and ready for the pizza to bake. Microwave it for 5 minutes and make sure the cheese melts completely. If you want to keep in a kadai then add some salt or sand and pre-heat for 5 mins before you place your plate, put a stand on the salt/sand base and put the plate check after 5-10 minutes if the cheese is completely melted.
Once you put the broken pieces of crust on the plate and arrange it properly they will not break after you heat it as the cheese will make them stick. Hence, apply pizza sauce add cheese.
Finally, the Cauliflower Base Pizza Crust is ready…!!
