Sieve 1.5 cups of maida along with 1.5 TSP baking powder n baking soda into a newspaper…. n keep it separately.
Beat 2 egg whites separately until it becomes thoroughly fluffy then add yellow…beat again for just 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of sugar to the egg froth.
Add 3 tbsp of refined oil to the above mix.
Fold sieved maida into the mix.
Add mashed ripe bananas 3 or how many available at home.
Add chopped/broken walnuts into the mix.
Coat the ring oven with oil n sprinkle/dust fresh maida sparingly and pour the cake mix into the oven n bake for 45/60 minutes.
